From initiatives that promote livelihoods and social empowerment to health, education, and disaster resilience programs, these projects reflect our commitment to building sustainable and self-reliant communities.
Our completed projects include impactful interventions like the Livelihoods Recovery for Flood-Affected Families, Resilient Livelihood and Food Security Program, and Rehabilitation of Earthquake-Affected Schools, among others. - Out of 254 SEW cooperatives majority of coops have amendment their bylaw as per Nation’s coop act 2074.
- 9 different types of policy and guideline are prepared in all coops and all coop. executive members, subcommittee members and staffs are following that properly.
- Financial documentation is improved as per standards in all of coops.
- Second generation leadership are built in all coops.
- Delinquency rate is going reduced.
- General assembly has done in all most coop. in timely.
- Financial audit have did in all coops within deadline as per act.
- Out of 254coops more than 50 coops have made their own office building.
- Regular meeting and minting process was following by executive members of all coops.

- Supported isolation centers with hospital beds, PPE, oxygen cylinders, and other essential equipment.
- Installed water tanks, sinks, and pumps in quarantine centers.
- Provided agricultural machinery to cooperatives.

- Supported Natural Ayurvedic Hospital with hospital beds and oxygen connection sets.
- Distributed vending carts to ultra-poor individuals.
Congregational Trans-boundary Flood Resilient Project (C-TBR)

- Formed 10 CDMCs with task forces for community resilience.
- Developed and implemented DRR plans.
- Strengthened Early Warning Systems (EWS).

Covid-19 Vaccine Access And Awareness For Rural Communities In Nepal

Women Entrepreneurship Development Project (WEDP)/ Mahila Uddhami Project

- Generated 528 women entrepreneurs, resulting in significant income growth.

Citrus Market Development Project-III

- The practice of selling mandarin orchard at lump sum price has been significantly replaced. Farmers are selling their fruits on weigh up basis after sorting and grading.
Citrus Market Development Project-IV – (CMDP-IV)

- Improved the livelihood of poor and marginalized farmers by improving their citrus cultivation practices along with better access to mandarin market. Developed personal-based community capacity on construction and management of zero energy cold store and institutional development of the communities through formation of cooperative.
Water Window-Trans Boundary Resilience Project – (WW-TBR)

- Developed awareness to the people about natural disaster like flood, and aware about the safety that can be achieved by applying various techniques and equipment to minimize the risk of flood adversity.
